About the Ceremony
In Ayurveda, the heart [Hridaya] is the seat of emotions and vitality. A Heart Basti bathes the heart center in warm, herb-infused oils, supporting release, balance, and deep renewal. Combined with gentle yoga and a closing cacao ritual, this mini retreat offers a safe space to soften, open, and reconnect with yourself.

Led by Brittany Maxey, NAMA-certified Ayurvedic Health Practitioner, Vedic Astrologer, Reiki Practitioner, Yoga Instructor, and Thai Massage Therapist.

A $50 non-refundable deposit secures your spot. The remaining $82 will be due by October 21st prior to the ceremony. You may choose to pay the deposit or pay in full below or via Venmo. If you choose to pay the deposit an invoice link will be emailed to you to pay the remaining balance.

 

Once the deposit is received, you will receive an email titled "Heart Basti Mini-Ayurvedic Consultation" and before receiving your Heart Basti treatment, we’ll connect in a private 20-minute phone call to review your Ayurvedic intake form and discuss your unique needs. This ensures your herbal oil blend is customized for your constitution and that the treatment is safe, supportive, and aligned with your intentions.
