We’re excited to create something truly special just for you! Here’s how our custom design process works:

1. Send Us Your Ideas

Start by filling out the custom design form above and email us sarvanidesigns@gmail.com your inspiration, vision, and any details you have — like metals, gemstones, styles, or reference photos.

2. Consultation & Collaboration

Once we receive your information, we’ll reach out to schedule a time to talk. Together, we’ll

• Discuss your ideas

• Explore design options

• Talk about materials, metals, and gemstones

3. Price Estimate

After our conversation, we’ll prepare a personalized price estimate for your custom piece.

4. Secure Your Spot

To begin work, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required. This deposit confirms your order and secures your place in our design schedule. If we discover that the cost might change, we’ll let you know right away.

5. Estimated Completion Time

Once your deposit is paid, you’ll receive an estimated timeline for completion. Most custom pieces take about 3–6 weeks depending on our schedule and availability of specific materials.

6. Approval & Final Payment

When your custom piece is finished, we’ll send you photos.
You’ll then pay the remaining balance before we ship your piece.

7. Shipping

Your custom jewelry will be shipped within 2–3 days of final payment.
