Keum-boo Crescent Moon Drop Earrings
There is an ancient knowing in gold meeting silver — two metals, bound together through heat and intention, becoming something neither could be alone.
These one-of-a-kind earrings are handcrafted using Keum-boo, a traditional Korean goldsmithing technique in which fine gold is permanently fused directly onto sterling silver through heat and pressure. Not plated. Not painted. Fused — the gold becomes inseparable from the silver beneath it, tracing each hammered curve with warm, luminous depth.
A crescent moon stud anchors a sweeping arc drop — the shape of the moon mid-journey — finished with a wire-wrapped yellow sapphire briolette that catches light like liquid gold.
Yellow Sapphire is the gemstone of Bṛhaspati — Jupiter, the great benefic in Vedic astrology. Governing abundance, wisdom, dharmic purpose, and grace, this stone is traditionally prescribed to invite expansion, open pathways of fortune, and align the wearer with her highest becoming. Worn close to the body, it works quietly and steadily — the way Jupiter always does.
These are not earrings for blending in.
